Ernst (Yaacov) Rund was born on January 1st,1902 in Germany and died on November 24,1980 in Israel. His father's name was Moshe. Ernst immigrated to Palestine in 1933 and worked in the welfare office for German Jews in Tel-Aviv (Histadruth Olej Germania, HOG).
